Pop-ups

Although I can't see how your complaint is worthy of Rip-Off Report, I'll try to help. A lot of businesses pay BIG bucks to have pop-ups come up on computer screens. They think it helps advertise their businesses, but for most people it's annoying. In the Firefox Browser under Tools/options you have the option to block pop-ups. On Internet Explorer, under Tools/Internet options, you have the same choice. On both browsers you would also need to have the "Security" settings on maximum level to help block pop-ups. These options will not block all pop-ups, but using these settings it will eliminate a lot of them.
I hope this helps you. Also, any time you see something that says you have won a "Gift Card", don't fall for it. It will only lead you to tons of "Spam" e-mail, in most cases.
