I bought a 200$ phone from wal mart and went with the wal mart family plan because i thought that walmart stood behind what they sold to the american consumer. First complaint i have is i upgraded my supposedly unlimited data plan because once u use a certain amount it slows your speed down to the point that it is almost useless to use the internet. so i went with the 40$ g plan so i could get more internet for the month i then cancelled the service before my next billing cycle so i thought because they have two different days that my bill is due. One says its due by the 5 th of every month and the next one says it is due by the 23 rd of every month. So now my 40$ bill was 80$ that month and that is what i had ordered. So the next month's bill comes and it is for 80$ again after i had canceled it. So i call customer service and explain the situation the agent tells me i didnt cancel in time so he explains because i cancelled 4 days into the next cycle it would only charge me for the four days but my bill was still 80$. He then said he couldnt fix that on his end that i had to email them to fix it so i email them and a week goes by with no response I call them back explain it all over again and was told that i hadnt even cancelled it yet so i cancelled the plan again and was told to just pay the bill and it would fix itself the following bill. Trying to solve problems with the walmart family plan is very painful and aggravating. I have 2 different due dates every month when i cancelled a service with them they charged me for another month and i never even got to use the service that month but had to pay for it. Customer service gave me different answers everytime i called them they should have my phone records in front of them why cant they give me a straight answer it shouldnt change. U have to email them when u have a person on the phone with you why
