Walmart Inc Took money from me but never delivered the product Betonville Arkansas

During the Labor Day weekend, Walmart had a sale online for upright freezers. I purchased one on Sept 7th, 2018 because I needed a freezer in my apartment. The arrival date was Sept 14th, 2018. I called to find out what time it was going to arrive and they told me it was not going to due to a computer glitch on their part. But they could send me a freezer for $100 more right away since it was no longer a Labor Day Sale. That was unacceptable. They then told me that they would give me 10% off the next freezer but not with the Labor Day sale and I told them it was unacceptable. The freezer I had was given away to charrity, and the food was out of the freezer because I was expecting the food to come that day. Walmart said it was my fault for ordering a freezer that was out of stock and it was my problem not theirs. I spent more than four hours trying to get this straightened out until I spoke to a "Calvin" (number EECALVIN) who was supposed to have gotten me the freezer with an additional $50.00 off. When I went to check my order today (9/17/18) to see when it was going to be shipped, they told me nothing was being shipped and they were holding onto my money unless I canceled and their slate is wiped clean and they don't have to accomodate me for the Labor Day cheaper price because I would have to pay the regular price. I am warning people never to buy from this company again because this place is a rip-off and they are liars!
