Walton County DCFS Tawana Thompson, Tawanda Worhty-Garison, Tabitha Orri , Judge Ryhmer Juvenile Court These People have tortured my family and Lied...all of them are Monsters MONROE GA Georgia

January 9th 2018 is a day I will never forget. What seemed to be another normal day turned into a 10 month nightmare. Twana Thompson came to My home met My wife in my driveway told her she was there to investigate due to child abuse allegations. She wanted to enter My home when My wife said no she called the Police and 4 police  officers showed up. Twana Thompson thretend My wife with removal of our children if she didn't let her inside. This was a violation of our Constitutional rights. Twana Thompson to my knowledge had no warrant and she had no permission from me to enter My home.  My family has been split up my good name drug thru the mud my credibility tarnished. By false  allegations of child abuse.  People believe you're guilty without due process or a chance to clear your name. Family turns on you friends get distant. You come home to a empty home week after week it's very lonely and emotionally painful.

I was asked to come into DCFS on Jan 10th 2018 first thing in the morning.  I was told to sign a safety plan and have no contact with my small children ages 5-3-1 no visitation nothing. I told her that I was innocent and no visitation is not fair my kids are baby's and they aren't going to understand why daddy is not around or in their life.
I refused to sign or agree to the safety plan. Twana Thompson told me I had to sign the plan or it would be a very long time till I could see my kid's. She told me it would be a few month's or more possibly.
I again told her I'm innocent and the facts will prove it. I told her once again that I will not give up my rights and that I will see my kid's.

In February 2018 I get a call from the Police investigator. She Told me that no criminal charges would be filed due to no credible evidence that I abused my son or children. I was so grateful that someone seemed to believe me. I was grateful the evidence was there and I would soon have my family back. This was far from the reality that was to come.

My wife is told in March of 2018 that the case was going to be closed so we started spending as much family time as we could expecting that this nightmare was over. No word from DCFS for a few Month's  after months of family separation have gone by. I'm contacted by Twanda worthy we meet in her office. She wants to know why I refuse to sign the safety plan and complete all of the recommendations made and will be made by DCFS.  I said this is ridiculous after all these months you have to see by the evidence that I'm innocent and it was my understanding that this case was to be closed. Twanda worthy told me she would take this case to court if I didn't comply. I said what more do you need to see I'm innocent have you not been told what the Police investigator said have you not seen medical records. She wouldn't answer my questions. I told her I would take the Domestic violence  assement because me and my wife in our nearly 10 years together have never had any problems or history of Domestic violence.

My daughter Emma was born June 26 2018 the day before my birthday this was also the same Day Twanda Worthy decided to file papers with the court. She decided that since we wouldn't be subservient to her presumed authority and comply with what she wanted that she would use the court to force us to comply. Ultimately if families or people don't want to comply with DCFS they have the right to say no if the statutory of Definitions requiring it have not been met.

August 3rd 2018 Twanda Worthy took my children from the very address they had been staying at since the night of January 9th
Emma was taken unlawfully without a warrant in violation of our constitutional right's. My kids were outside playing in the pool when taken on the lie that they were homeless. She had no warrant to take Emma. My wife was breast feeding Emma as she was only a few weeks old.

  October 2end in court TwanaThompson testified that she didn't even look at the walls while she was in my home illegally. She also testified that she didn't look at my son Alexzander medical examination records from  January 10th 2018 the next day after these allegations were brought against me. This revelation is a complete failure of her duty as an investigator and an outrageous act of unprofessionalism. She had a duty to my family and me as United States citizens under the U.S. Constitution. She failed to conduct a non biased investigation the same as police in order to be constitutionally correct. DCFS clearly ignored evidence that was in my favor and doubled down on there strategy to force me to comply with their horse and pony show while my name was ruined in my local community and my family forced to suffer for months on end.
My poor family is broken and DCFS is to blame. I have moved four county's south to Upson county just to rebuild my life reputation and family.

DCFS knew back in February 2018 that the legal definition of abuse had not been met. Instead of closing this case and making my family whole again they doubled down. It is not enough to have information that the children are in some form of danger. The evidence must also pass a test of reliability that our justice system call probable cause.
I can only hope the court will return my children to me and my wife so we can begin to heal and be a family again. I know we will never be the same again after this nightmare nor will we ever be able to have a favorable view of DCFS.
