Wamu Washing Mutual Fees ripoff stealing contract breach Nationwide

Washington Mutual when you first look at it looks like a respectful bank. I was agreeing with this until a week ago. I bought a computer in Canada for $600.

Now watch how $600 doubles when you pay with Washington Mutual. I payed with paypal witch automatically deducts it from your bank account. Later to find that there is a 12% conversion fee even though paypal takes care of the conversion.

Later that day I find that there is an overdraft charge they call it but its a fee even though the account was perfectly in positive balance!! When i emailed them they said that in a very wordy email that basically outlines that you spent to much in one day on your checking account. REALLY? so they are charging me a fee just to spend MY OWN MONEY? The fee was $36... pretty hefty fee. After reading there terms of service and found nothing I called them again and they said that they have the right to put limmits and fees on accounts at there discretion. WOW ...

I gave up on that and moved on.. Later that week I got an email of an alert of another over draft fee. I immediately looked into that matter to find that they had moved a payment that I had made already and charged it again to that account resulting in the account to go under. I called them up again and they said that there was no way they can take that fee off even though they took the double payment off. It was there mistake!! So there fee goes up to $64 over charge fee. ITS TIME TO CHANGE BANKS
