warmthru Jack gold unsafe do not buy edinburgh Internet

Do not buy any products from warmthru as they are not safe.

I recently bought the hotmitts product from warmthru, paying £168 I expected them to have full health and safety checks in place, but obviously not.

The first time I used the gloves they melted and caught fire after about 2 hours of use, luckly one of my friends had noticed this which saved me from burning myself.

I informed Jack Gold of this and he asked me to send the glove back to him to investigate. He did not offer to pay the postage so this was more expense to myself.

After investigating he informed me that he did not know why this had happened and because I had not harmed myself there was nothing he could do appart from send me another mitt, which I could not understand, does he want me to burn myself before he does something about his unsafe product.

Do not buy this unsafe product, heating your hands in the cold is a great idea but not a the expense of burning yourself.
