Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe CPA Firm sued and in my opinion can make a person feel raped. Yes , Raped. Violated and raped with unbilled, hidden fees. Feel  like I was d****ed by Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe.

I os possible to feel raped by a company or individual in which you do business. Warner lott Duritza & Lowe certainly made me feel raped financially. 

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe agent also harassed and bullied a woman. This man is a coward and it seems can only bully women. I feel tha he is a pathetic wuss that can only feel tough when he bullies women. Warner Lott duritza & lowe agent or partner also made the mistake of disturbing an 18 year old Cancer patient. This is why I think Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is disgusting. 

Yvonne Lowe CPA,  Doug Duritza CPA  & Ira Warner if you are or were involved with messing with this woman as your Partner says you did, that in my opinion would make you disgusting. I would rather have Herpes rubbed on my face by a prostitute that had Hepatitis instead of knowing or dealing with Yvonne Lowe CPA, Doug Duritza CPA and Ira Warner CPA. 

What kind of sleezy dirt bags mess with a woman while her son is dying?  Seems Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe are those kind of people. That is my opinion.

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe sued for Malpractice , Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Consumer Fraud and Predatory Lending. 

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, in my opinion is dishonest and unethical.  Men from Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe are being accused and sued for harassing and inflicting emotional distress on a woman. In this day and age for men to bully, harass and intimidate women is beyong disgusting.

Douglas Duritza CPA blamed by Partner for bullying female client and involving her dependent.  More disgusting updates. The putrid bullying goes as far as pressuring a female client further by involving her child in gamesmanship.

 Doug Duritza CPA to blame? According to an alleged one time former Partner,  Doug Duritza CPA is one of the Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Partners that chose to initiate some of the harassing tactics.

I am of the opinion that any man that bullies a woman at any level , for any reason is a coward and may feel the need to dominate someone. Bullies tend to find a person who they think can be mentally beaten down or collapse.

Doug Duritza accounting Firm Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe and other Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe affiliates have chosen to not only create false Court Records, but also have harassed a woman and involved her dependent. This in my opinion is egregious and disgusting behavior. It would be just as egregious if family members of Doug Duritza were mentioned in the proceedings or were sued.

As of today it has not been confirmed whether or not family members of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe are Partners or own stock in the Company. This because Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe have yet to answer discovery demands and have not identified all the Members of the company. If it is confirmed that Kristopher Duritza or Angela Duritza have interest in Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, they will be parties in the litigation. As stated above, a Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Partner has made it clear that Doug Duritza and other Members of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe are to blame for bullying a female client.

This conduct by Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is not a total shock as Warner Lott Berman, the name the firm operated under some years ago, which is now Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, was sued by a former client Coates International located in Wall New Jersey.  It is my understanding that Coates International was paid a large sum of money. It is also my understanding that The founder of Warner Lott, Ira Warner was sued personally in that litigation.

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe has no problem sending intimidating threats to women and will even maliciously try to involve your children with their, in my opinion, disgusting behavior.  The biggest mistake one can make is messing with someone's children, that is very bad for business.

That is a very dangerous game.  According to someone that has ties to Ira Warner, the Founder of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, Mr. Warner and  Doug Duritza CPA were the individuals that decided to involve a clients child with unethical behavior and billing practices.

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe made me feel raped with fees and added bills more than two years after they provided services. The services in which they stated years prior that they were not charging the client. Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe has had their so called accounting work disregarged by A judge that stated their financial work was not even a real report. So when you get a pile of new bills that you have never seen before, two years later, it can make you feel raped. Financial rape for lack of a better word.

 Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Board of Accountancy complaint is now discoverable as Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe’s lawyer feels the complaint was defamation. Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe in my opinion, loves to create inaccurate public records by way of their counsel. Recently, as stated in the previous comment, this accounting firm tries to bully people with lawyers and inaccurate claims and lies.

The mistake made is pretty obvious, especially if you’re an attorney. Successfully Suing for defamation is a waste of time, especially when the truth is told. More importantly when an attorney initiates a claim for defamation, he or makes all of the information in that claim discoverable. Now not only will the New Jersey Board of Accountancy complaint pending against Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe and Ira Warner be a public record but also the answer and response filed by Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe.

If there are lies in the answer to the Board of Accountancy, well then a response will be filed pointing out any untrue statements by Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe. There will probably be another claim brought against this accounting firm after reviewing responses sent to the Board. As for the Plaintiff and author...... since Warner Lott is claiming all this supposed lost business , they have now also exposed themselves to prove their damages, which by the way is the only remedy on a defamation claim.

This claim as we know is bullshit but now can have Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe open their books and of course speak with all these "lost” clients. Also, the counterclaim filed by Warner Lott is continued "real”defamation. Will I now get sued for defamation? Anyone reading this be sure to listen to Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe agent or representative saying Ira Warner of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe would do anything if he could get a buck out of it.

First, before I make a comment here, be advised that I will be happy to provde my identity to anyone that asks, especially Counsel for Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe.  Maybe you can initiate litigation against me for defamation.

I have been in the legal field(not an attorney) for seventeen years and after reading the counterclaim in this case, it is really pathetic.  Defamation claim based on a report to the Accounting Board? Well you can't sue for that but you probably already know that and are just acting like your clients. Not to mention the complaint was filed nearly two yeras ago, how long is the statute of limitations on defamation in New Jersey? One Year? And defamation? You can't successfully sue for telling someone the truth. Well you can sue anyone for anything these days but defamtion suits are lame and in this situation, I am quite sure the truth was told.

Now don't forget what I stated above, I will be glad to identify myself. I'm the person that was investigating this firm since the dispute started in 2017.  After investigating, I think Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe acted horrific and quite ridiculous. I would not trust them with my accounting, personal information or anything for that matter. This is my opinion and I stand firm on that opinion. Come and sue me now for defamation.

Recently, Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe filed a litigation claiming an ex spouse of a client owes all the accounting fees for the ex spouses company. Again, my opinion, another sham on the Court and my opinion, another scam on the client. Now a public record and a lawsuit on another victim of this firm. Many false statements.

The femaile ex cient doesn't own the company in which the alleged fees are owed. Alleged being the primary word.  Same woman was harassed by this firm and this seems to me like a trend. Maybe I am that woman.  I am of the opinion that Warner Lott duritza & Lowe can not be trusted.  The previous partnership of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, Warner Berman was sued by Coates International of Wall New Jersey.  According to a partner of warner Lott , they paid Coates International BIG BUCKS. 

Don't worry..... all of their billing practices will be explored. 

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Wall New Jersey doesn't like New Jersey Board of Accounting complaint and feel the can sue someone for making the complaint. Well, guess what? There are protections for individuals that make complaints to the Accounting Board. The Board is there for consumers.  Yes, there is an active complaint against Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe. The complaint has been "tabled" while litigation is still pending. 

After recent events and having an understanding about consumer fraud, I am of the opinion that Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe committed consumer fraud.
