Yvonne Lowe CPA Firm and two Male Partners or employees of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe sued for bullying and or harassing a woman.

Warner Lott duritza & Lowe is being sued for Malpractice, Unfair Dealing, harassing and or bullying a woman and other issues. This accounting firm is also being accused of sharing other clients private information with others and that is beyond unprofessional. It is in my opinion that it is scary to think an accounting firm would share client information.

Yvonne Lowe CPA has been blamed one of her former Partners for participating in acting, in my opinion, unethically and egregious. 

Threats keep coming by a pathetic coward that can't seem to keep his mouth shut. For any of you Male partners that harassed, threatened and bullied a woman, you in my opinion are pathetic. 

For any of you that stated you are going to make problems for children, you are a pathetic, whimp of a wuss with no balls. But by all means....do that. There's an invitation. 

After experiencing Warner lott Durita & Lowe's egregious behavior, I would do my homework before dealing with this Firm. The have been sued before for malpractice by Coates International, a New Jersey company.

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Accountants my opinion like to bully and harass women.  It was quite easy to have this opinion about Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe because I have read harassing and bullying emails that were sent to a woman by a Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Partner or Agent.

How pathetic it is when a man picks on and bullies a woman. What kind of man bullies a woman? My opinion, a weak, cowardly, spineless man would bully a woman.  There are women who are Partners at this firm and I am of the opinion that they condone their male partner or agents behavior.  Yvonne Lowe CPA in my opinion should be ashamed. 

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Wall New Jersey sued for Malpractice

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is being sued for Malpractice for their inappropriate and unprofessional conduct. They also have been accused of sharing private client information with other parties.  Sharing other client information is pretty disgusting. After what I now know about Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe, I could never trust this firm with my documents or Social Security Number. 

Jackie Yursha CPA Manasquan New Jersey

Jackie Yursha CPA Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe in my opinion is not capable of handling and or preparing a professional accounting report. Coming to this conclusion is based on a decision made by a Middlesex county Judge.

The Judge threw out a so called professional report that was prepared by Jackie Yursha of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe. The Court, on the record stated that the report prepared by Jackie Yursha and Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe was not even a real report and dismissed the use of this report like it was nothing.

In my opinion, when a Court and or a Judge says a litigant can not really use a report in proceedings that their accountant prepared, tells you that the work prepared by the accountant, Jacqueline Yursha CPA was substandard or unprofessional.  This in my opinion makes me think that Jackie Yursha should not be preparing any kind of professional accounting reports for any client.

Alleged former Partner of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe blames accounting firm for bullying and or harassing client with lawsuit.

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is being sued for several counts, one of them is intention infliction of emotional distress on a female client.  An Alleged former Partner has stated that his alleged former Partners are to blame.  Those Partners are Doug Duritza CPA, Yvonne Lowe CPA and Jackie Yursha CPA.  Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is also being sued for Malpractice, Unfair Dealing and other counts.
