This company are scam artist, they will tell about all thier policies but will not tell you about all the negative things with the policy that will affect you in a bad way that will make you pay out of your pocket to the mechanic shop. The staff there will seem very nice to you until you ask to speak to a manager or want to cancel your policy. I advise everyone, especially military, government, and state employees never purchase a policy with Warranty Direct, they find reasons why they do not have to pay out. Then when it is time for them to refund you they do not process your refund when they should. They make you wait from 4-8 weeks and only give you a portion of what you should of been refunded.
