i purchased a warranty for my elderly parents through warranty experts because they offer a money back guarantee if you do not use the warranty during the contract period. My parents were one of the few who did not use the warranty so when I contacted warranty experts to get their money back, I was directed to a Dave Gardner who assured me that I would have had to go to their website and look under faq (a term I had never heard of before today) scroll through numerous questions previously asked by customers and look up instructions on how to collect this money 30 days prior to the end of the warranty.

No where in the warranty or on the quote does it say this and when I confronted Mr. Gardner with the fact that his salesperson did not disclose this information he became condescending and rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Mr Gardner who is apparently in the 8th grade called me back immediately to tell me once again he didnt like my attitude and because of that he wasnt going to help me so I was forced to once again to hang up on him.

Someone needs to work on his customer service skills. The amusing thing was is that I never thought he would help I thought he was making excuses for the lack information given to the purchaser about collecting on their money back warranty and basically just trying to get out of paying what he owed. I got upset go figure.

Why is it that we are listed on RippoffReport.com when only a very few consumers don't want to follow the Terms and Conditions of one of our programs. If Laura purchased the policy for her parents then she needs to step up and start taking responsibility for herself because she did not follow the Terms and Conditions of the policy. We all have rules in life to follow like speed limits and such that sometimes we just tahe for granted but if we make one exception to the rule, then we would have to exempt everyone from the Terms and Conditions.

The Money Back Guarantee policy has been a very successful program for our consumers. The Insurance company involved with the program has paid back tens of thousands of dollars over the past years to our consumers not to mention the consumers that were placed with new warranty policies.

The Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions are very clear and have been posted on our website http://www.warrantyexperts.com/warranty-faq.asp from the day of it's inception and have not changed. Warranty Experts nor the Insurance company can be held responsible if the consumer does not follow the guidelines of the program. For example: A contract holder may not sell there vehicle and instead of canceling the contract at that time and receive a prorated refund, they decide to keep the policy and 30 days before it expires, they apply to get and get a full refund from the Insurance company. You must still own the vehicle and the policy when applying for the Money Back Guarantee. That's one of only four or five of the Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Experts have been in business over 20 years. Our claims reputation is impeccable, 0 claims complaints in that time and in the warranty business that's unheard of. We try our best to make everybody happy in every situation but in Today's world that's impossible. I will personally handle any unhappy customer and that not many!

Since the inception of this program, I can honestly say that there have only been three or four customers who did not follow the Terms and Conditions of the program and had there application for the Money Back Guarantee denied. However in every one of those cases, we have tried to make the consumer happy and even went as far to give the consumer a credit for what ever they paid on their first warranty policy, towards the purchase of another warranty policy.

Dale Carnegie offers some great customer service classes that both yourself and Jason Flowers may benefit from. Insulting your customers is not really good for business and will catch up with you in the long run. You've been blacklisted from several area lending institutions as a warranty vendor due to your obscene and rude behavior.

I am Dave Gardner and I am responding to the Frivolous and Slanderous remarks about myself and our company WarrantyExperts.com on this website.

First let me say that to the best of my knowledge this person did not even buy a warranty policy from us, therefore of course she would not be aware of or Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions. I don't know how websites such as this one and many Chat rooms and Forums can be allowed to post such Frivolous and Slanderous remarks about a person or a company without first getting proof or even the facts right that the statements are true in the first place. That's why we put our trust in the educated consumer to do their research from reputable websites and companies such as the BBB and others.
