On 09/20/2002, I tried to call usa warranty to put in a claim for a very needed front brake job;in the total amount of $135.33 to be done at the Honda dealership
Well, I got the surprise of my life ---- the phone number that I had been using to contact them was no longer available, something about this number being blocked or something??
Of course I had to get the brakes fixed at my own expense, which is what I paid this company to do in the first place!!
You see, I was having some trouble with this company back in September of 2001; they started taking out double payments from our checking account -- instead of the regular one payment per month that was clearly agreed upon in the contract.
They said it was a computer problem and it would'nt happen again.
Now you can surely guess what happened next, can't you? " RIGHT " They did it again and again, after repeated warnings from my husband and myself; that we would put a stop payment on the account.
We had paid all but two payments, when they stopped taking out any more around the month of Febuary,2002.
Needless to say, I called them to inquire as to what the problem might be and their stock answer was that they were making some changes at that time and would be taking out the remainder of what we owed --- two payments of $60.86.
We think it only fair to expect a refund of what we paid in, because for one thing --- we never used any of their services and we were cheated, lied to , disrespected and so on.....
How can these Rich People expect us to stay off welfare and take care of our own if they are always there to rob the very people that support this " Great Country of Ours "
How can our goverment stand by and do nothing to put a stop to this and many many more crimes that are always taking place right under there noses??
Please, help mey husband and myself be able to get our money back, as we really do need it; as we are on a fixed income and I'm fairly sure that most of us honest,hard working, average " AMERICANS " are in the same perdictament!
