back on 8/11/01 i receive the postcard for extended auto warranty i did repond and paid $1,249 on 8/13/01 with my debit card and then next day my husband said i don't need a extended warranty and i call them back to cancel. They give me a refund back on 8/15/01 and then they took back again on my debit card with out my authorization. I been calling them back but the phone been busy. On 4/12/02 I file a judgement against warranty usa and I follow up from the court they told me they file bankruptcy and there is no possible for me to get my money. I did report to bbb and texas general attorney after i recieve the report.

I found out today from BBB the states of minnesota file a lawsuit against warranty usa. This company was doing fraud to many people and hurting. They using different name aka? March 5, 2002 warranty usa filled for bankruptcy chapter 7 case number #02-12318 at nevada. Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a proof of claim form by writing to district of nevada, 300 Las Vegas boulevard south Las Vegas NV 89101 for resubmission to that court. The case number should be entered on the form.
