Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Mallard takes money for so-called investigations but never delivers a report. Always says he needs more money. Usually three times before you realize you are never going to get the information you are paying for. Also goes to the opposing party and offers to sell them your information. Claims to have offices around the country yet they do not exist. Operates under about 6 different names.

Now negotiating with Mr Mallard and he has explained why my case went wrong. His emails were deleted by a hacker and I have been able to verify with his service provider that he did indeed do the work as agreed and issued reports as he had agreed to. The hacker contacted my ex-partner and arranged to send him all our confidential information.
So Warren Mallard proved to actually be an honest investigator and I am now very happy with the results. Thank you Ripoff Report as this attention brought my complaint to Lyonswood'd notice and the problem was solved overnight.
That's what I call service and a positive outcome. So all is well and once again : many thanks Warren Mallard Investigator of Lyonswood and Ripoff Report.
