Wartamine Inc PRODUCT DON'T WORK & A BIG RIPOFF on 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, Internet

I've decided to try 1 bottle of the Wartamine product with the understanding that there's a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee if the product doesn't work.  Order placed on Sep 26, 2012 and arrived on Oct 1, 2012.  Used the product daily as per their instructions and find that it doesn't work, so I notified them on Oct 20, 2012 to get my money back and they replied with a link to their Disclaimer page stating the following:

"Returned bottles must be sealed, unopened, and still contain the protective plastic wrap.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bottles. All refund requests and product returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase date to receive a refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.  Please note: Bottles returned after 30 days from your original purchase will not be eligible for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you purchased multiple bottles of Wartamine, you must return all bottles of Wartamine to be eligible for a refund. You may return one opened bottle for a 50% refund. All other returned bottles must be sealed, unopened, and still contain the original protective plastic wrap. Unopened bottles are eligible for a complete refund, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges."

I only ordered 1 bottle and had to open it to try it.  So according the their policy stated above, my opened bottle can not be returned which contradicts their "Order Now" page with "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee" clearly stated under the "One Bottle Supply".  While the "Policy & Disclamer" page is hidden in small print at the bottom of their website.

Their "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee" is a total ripoff.  Even if you ordered multiple bottles, you only get a 50% refund on a open bottle and charging a 20% restocking fee for the rest of unopened bottles.  This is not the meaning of guarantee!
