Washington Mutual Aka Wamu They do Not care about their custormers Nationwide

Washington Mutual advertise at their banks that they will help you if you fall behind on your mortgage. That's not true. This is the second time that someone was assigned to my case and both times, they said I did not qualify for a loan modification. I have an adjustable rate and I am paying over 5,700.00 on my mortgage every month. The last person they assigned to my request sent me a letter that I have a surplus on my monthly income when in fact I have a deficit. I have been trying to contact the person assigned to me for over two weeks. I have left him two voice messages and wrote him 3 e-mails. He has not answered to any of my messages. I got his E-mail from a customer service representative. In a seperate issue. Customer service is horrible. Depending who you talk to, you receive a different answer to the same question. Bottom line. They do Not help you if you fall behind on your mortgage.
