This customer sent in an old Movado ladies watch. We tried to repair it but it was impossible to get parts. Apologized to the customer, sent him back his watch and refunded his money. The total cost was in the amount of $199.00. Just tried to call customer to ask him to set the record straight and sure enough, his phone number was disconnected. It is unfortunate that some of our customers have unrealistic expectations. We can only work with what we have.
