Water Tech Corp Sold me a defective product and would not replace or fix for free. New Brunswick New Jersey

I purchased a pool vacuum that is one month past warrant. It worked in the fall. When I tried to use it this spring, it would not take a charge or turn on. They offered to fix it for $129 plus shipping both ways. .
It was $212 new. I could but a new one for $199. There chat indicated that the new ine had a better lithium ion battery and a buttin to turn it in isstead of a knob to turn They said the model I had failed to seal and leaked water. That is not my fault.

Water Tech sent me a different vacuum. It was at the end of the season in fall. I did not use it until the following spring. It would not take a charge. They had given me only a three month warranty instead of the original two year. I now have two vacuums which do not work. I worked with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Affairs.
They tried to help but got nowhere. I was acussed by a company rep of scamming them. I am not sure how. I am out $219. Do they think I am selling them on E-Bay? Neither one works. I would gladly send back at their expense. I would like a replacement, a new vacuum, or this one fixed.
