 Don Tallman aka Water World Fiberglass Pools of Hammonton, NJ is a con artist & thief. He has AGAIN not paid his bills. The building is locked up tight. All of the phone numbers have been disconnected. Hopefully he is still in jail where he belongs. As of June 18, 2014 Don Tallman is being held in Atlantic County jail in lieu of $20,000. bail after he was charged in Hamilton Twp., NJ with theft.
