I was presented by a very deceptive contract by Edward Huber from Waterfall Pools Inc.  Unless you are a contractor  yourself, you will not realize how twisted his contract is. It is based on years of scammimg people.

For the most part, it is geared toward you paying for what you think are the costliest items in the beginning.

The reality is that the costliest items are supposed to come in at the end, like your pool equipment and your Diamond Bright etc.  The idea behind having his customers pay most of it in the beginnning is that somewhere around half way through the job he will leave.  At this point you will need to find a new contractor and finish the job with someone else. You will literally be paying double for your pool.   

He has no showroom, no employees and  doesn't want to spend money on subcontractors. You will  never have your job done in a timely manner.  Try to get references from him of recent customers he has actually completed jobs for. You will not get that info because all of his customers despise him for upcharging them and hitting them with change orders for work they did not approve. 

Edward Huber does not have the capital to float multiple pool jobs. He says that he only works on your job until he is done but that is not true.  Just about everything he says is a lie. He also can not read plans and this is why your pool will not come out per the plans or the contract. He will cut  every thing he thinks he can get away with to save money and give you less of a pool in every way imaginable. 

Save yourself the aggravation and find a decent company to work with that will actually give you a finished product and treat you fairly.
