 We purchased a high end Hot Springs vista spa in 2008 because of the reputation of quality product and service from the company Watkins Manufacturing.

Since that time we have had 4 failures on the Hot Tub. This Hot Tub is installed inside so it is not even exposed to the eliments.

The current failure, which is a leak, has not been repaired for over 3 months. The dealer we bought if from wasted our time 3 times by coming to our house without fixing the problem and then they simply gave up.

We then contacted Watkins and they told us they stood by their products and referred us to American Sales to find a realiable technician. 

American Sales has now been working with us for 6 week, first sending a technician that thought he knew where the problem was, we were told it was a common failure but the fix did not work.

Then we were told that a technican could not be avaiable until Jan 2nd, this was Nov 15th.

Now they are requesting pictures becauase after all this time they are questioning if they can get access to the hot tub properly.  This is the first time anyone has told us this.  We designed the installation so that there was access all around the Hot Tub but no one has told us they needed anymore then they had, which by the way, was considerable.

We are getting the a run around from Watkins Manufacturing which I would not expect when you spend extra money to get a quality product.

The customer service Rep at Watkins was extreemly rude to use yesterday refusing to give us access to her manager. 

I would not recommend Hot Springs (Watkins Manufacturing) Hot Tubs to anyone.  It is a huge investment and you want to purchase from a company that will stand up to their product for years to come.

We found an installation in the Hot Springs brouchures that is almost identical to ours, yet the Customer Service Rep told us yesterday that we should never have installed it like we did. The dealer that sold the Hot Tub to us certainly did not indicate we should not install the hot tub the way we did and they delivered it into the installation.
