The performance of our network is far lower than advertised when it works (around 1Mbps rather than 25, not at all enough for a $75/month subscription), and it drops out for hours at a time every day. We're stuck without internet because Wave is terrible and can't get us a tech for days, so if our network drops out during business hours, I can't work. Unacceptable.
