WAVE TEC POOLS ripoff dishonest no Scruples GEORGETOWN Texas

I called wave-tech pools to inquire about building a pool in May of 2006 a sales person came out to our home and I gave him the plans to our yard he measures and said that they could build a pool I asked him if he was sure because the plans showed a line he said don't worry. I them began having problems with the financing where they wanted to charge a different interest rate then what we had agreed on. I was told that I could not break the contract or that I would be fined Penalty charge and that they would put a lean on my home. I went and got the money on my own and told them that I would be sending the first 30% of the money like the contract stated after I send the check.

A contractor came out to take final measurements and at that time he informed me that the pool that I had selected and sighed the contract for would not fit that I would have to go with a smaller pool for the same price and I told him that I was sure I would not be charged a penalty for there mistake. I called wave tech pools and informed them of what was happening and spoke with Jennifer Grant I told her that they had made me tear down my above pool and deck and that who was going to pay me for that. She said that she was very sorry and that all they could do was refund me back my money. Since then they will not return my and they never send me back my money. I also spoke with their legal department with a man by the name of Don Galvan. But no one will help me.
