Wayne Milllions cloud content marketing I wrote articles for him and he did not pay Internet

I came across this guy in the name Wayne Millions on freelancer.com though he had used another name juannelots. we had a chat about the project and finally agreed on the terms and I accepted the order. we were to start the next day. we connected on Skype and we were good.

next morning after logging in to the freelancer desktop app, I could not find the project so I alerted him and that is when he told me that it was erroneously canceled and talked of how he hates freelancer.

he suggested that I craft an agreement and send to him. I did it and sent it to him which he acknowledged and we stared on well. the articles were to be done in a span of 2 hrs for 550 words article. as per the agreement he was supposed to pay me after every three days. 

he gave me his emails which are: completework0@gmail.com  and waynemillions@outlook.com

I wrote the following articles for him which he refused to pay for

After the third day, I sent him an invoice. he responded by saying he has a small challenge and he has requested a funding to his PayPal account which will take 72hrs. I got curious and decided to check his profile again on freelancer and true to my instincts the account had been closed. I knew I had been duped but had to be a 100% sure. that is when I tried to search his emails on scam lists and true to my thoughts it was there with the same storyline.

His profile says he is in the US but I strongly feel he is lying. I think he is an Indian or some sort of.
