Bradd Donnalley and Chrystal Cook are nothing but liars. My remodeling nightmare started in January. It was supposed to be done within 10 days. Here it is March 8th and they have not returned for 3 weeks. I call, I send messages and get no reply. They literally took the money and ran.....the counter tops that I paid for up front, obviously there are no counter tops. I trusted them to do the right thing and finish the project. They could care less...they got what they wanted and had no reason to return. There are currently cabinets that have not been put back on, unfinished paint projects. I can't even close my cabinet doors due to the excess paint on them. I can't even get a new fridge cause the jerk didn't cut the cabinet to fit the size I need. Also the cabinet under the sink has water damage that was supposed to be replaced, that was not done either. This guy works for Core Remodeling, if I were you I wouldn't even trust him in my house.
