I buy lots of software, ebooks and music online, This is the first truly awful experience with a company that is selling positive minded products. Unlike the others I've dealt with, WCCL is clearly just out to make a buck and could care less that their product doesn't install or work right. 

I purchased their Subliminal Power software which displays positive affirmations on your computer. Their sales page says you can edit the affirmations and add your own. I bought the product because of being able to edit and add my own phrases.

After paying for the software, instead of getting a download page I got an error message. I notified the company immediately. After several hours til the end of the day and no response from the company I opened a Paypal dispute for not receiving the product, but didn't know that Paypal is no help on anything digital that doesn't work. But after that I got a reply from the company with the download page. 

When installing the software I got an error message. When trying to use the software you could only run it with the phrases they had in it already. The editing feature and the feature that lets you add your own phrases did not work. I told the company about both problems.

They did not address the error message I got when installing the software, but they did offer a solution for the editing/adding phrases problem. I tried the solution but the problems weren't fixed.

I was willing to give the company a chance to offer a different solution, but they went and escalated the dispute I started with Paypal to a claim, stating that I received the product, they obviously wanted to keep their money and not fix the problem. At this point I decided I wanted a refund.

Their robotic customer service, which you can only access by email, seemed to understand the first problem and what might help. But when I wanted a refund they started to play dumb and offer irrelevant suggestions, and also said I needed to wait three weeks and try the product out before asking for a refund. There is nothing in their sales page that says anything about a having to wait three weeks for a refund, just that they offer one.

Any chance I get I will keep telling people to stay away from WCCL and how horrible they are to their customers.
