I ordered a course on two CDs called the quantum cookbook. The website made a lot of promises but also had a 90 day guarantee so I thought I would be safe in ordering to try it out and see if this was what it claimed to be. Do not trust any sites affiliated with WCCL network they do not keep good on there guarantees and the sales copy on there websites is all hype no substance. I got the complete run around as you can read below in the support correspondence.

Below is the support ticket correspondence:

Dear S,

Thanks for your message. Great to hear from you again!

I'm not sure how you have managed to install this course, since you claim not to have received it?

Have yourself a great weekend,

Andrea, myHelpHub.com

S, at 13:48PM on 20 June 2008:
Could you check the post office and see if it is being held there awaiting pick up from you. It has not been sent back to the states as it should have been if you did not pick it up. If you do not receive the package there is nothing that I can do. I will not shop over seas ever again and I am reporting this company to the better business bureau and the bad business bureau or rip off report. please don't write me with the best wishes BS show a little honesty here.

S

Andrea, at 23:04PM on 16 June 2008:
Dear S,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us again.

Again, as this package has already been installed to your computer, we cannot offer a refund until after the package is received here. I am sorry, but our terms and agreement is very clear.

Best wishes,

Andrea, myHelpHub.com

S, at 20:35PM on 16 June 2008:
From what I can see this did not get delivered and I suspect that you already knew it wouldn't. If I don't get a refund for this I will be contacting the better business bureau and the rip off report to report your company and website. This will greatly affect your business as most people will check these before ordering from a company. I will also be mentioning this on the law of attraction and manifestation forums of which I am a member. I am thinking maybe you shouldn't offer the money back guarantee in US as it is difficult to get things sent back to you and thereby get the refund.

I am a very unsatisfied customer and you will not see me shopping with you again.

Hello again,

It has now been almost 90 days and it hasn't been working for me at all. I am requesting a refund per the terms and agreement on your website. Please respond and let me know what I need to do.

Thank you for letting me try the quantum cookbook

Andrea, at 22:17PM on 10 March 2008:
Dear S,

Great to hear from you, thanks for writing to us again.

Again, as per the terms and agreement on our website, we do ask that you work with the product for a full 90 days, before deciding that it would not help you.

Take care and thanks for writing,

Andrea, myHelpHub.com

S, at 12:59PM on 10 March 2008:
I am unsatisfied with the value of the product in relation to the money spent. This course is about $100.00 over priced. I purchase a lot of material in the self-development field of study and get a much better value for my money.
This course has nothing new as is stated and I quote,"This is stuff you WON'T find ANYWHERE ELSE." This is the same stuff all over the internet and it is accually a lot less then what I have seen and currently use. This is a quote from the sales page:

"I know your story.

You've tried MANIFESTING but it just didn't work out as you planned.

You watched The Secret You read those guides to Cosmic Ordering You learned about Quantum Physics and the Law of Attraction. You even watched What the Bleep Do We Know?

YES - You should be a Manifestation Master by now.

And I'll bet that you've definitely had some success so far.

But it's NOWHERE NEAR where you'd like to be.

Right?"

Yes. This is true of most people that are still learning the art of manifesting but there is nothing in this course that will change that. As I understand it just practice and getting clear will change what we manifest. I tell you what, I am not going to manifest anymore high priced courses. I think I will put one together myself and get it out to people at a reasonable price.
I don't want the $150.00 voucher for another program I just want to return the product for a refund. You do not specify that you must use the program for 3 months before you will stand behind your gauranttee.

Thank You,
S

Thank You

Andrea, at 22:39PM on 3 March 2008:
Dear S,

Thanks for your message. Great to hear from you today!

I'm sorry to hear that you'd like a refund of The Quantum Cookbook course :(

I've just been checking your account and it looks like you've been using the course for less than three months. As per our guarantee at http://www.quantumcookbook.com/ we ask that you use the course for at least three months.

If you aren't thrilled with the results, simply return it within six months, and we'll issue you with a full refund.

However manifesting can take time to happen, and it's process you really need to "get into" before you start seeing fantastic results.

So I'd suggest that you stick with the course over the coming weeks, and really try using the system to create your reality.

And if you don't experience any success, return after the three month period under our guarantee.

Have yourself a great day,

Andrea, myHelpHub.com

I would like to return the product for a full refund. I have had problems with the security features since I received it and it conflicts with my antivirus software. I do not want tech support on this I want to return it. I don't see the value equaling the price I paid. There is a satisfaction money back guarantee so please give me instructions on return and refund.

Dear S,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had problems. Rest assured, everyone at the myHelpHub.com support site wants to resolve them as quickly as possible.

As you can appreciate, we do ask that you try out our course for a period of time - as stated on our homepage. That is made very clear.

It looks as though you've tried to return this, and it has somehow gotten lost.

As you didn't use a tracking service for this, we can't really be held responsible.

That's really very standard business practice :)

However in the interest of goodwill, if you get in touch with us again, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.

Kind regards,

myHelpHub.com Support Team
