Web Cash Advance Scammed me out of $250 Batava Internet

 I applied for a loan at webcashadance.com. I received a phone call from a guy named Dave. I ws told my loan was approved but because my credit scoe was between 650-700 I would need to put a down payment down.  I was told to go to the store and purchace a green dot money pak in the amount of $160 and to call with the code on the back of the card and as soon as that was done our loan would go through with in an hour,  After that hour they guy called back and I was told the accounting department was closed and the money would be added the next morning, I ws called the next day and was told that they needed another $90.00 and if I did not have it I would lose the original $160.00 again I was told my loan was being sent in 30 minutes.  After this time I got no loan, and the company will not answer my calls, and green dot will not tell me who took the money. I am out $250.00 and no one will give up any information.
