Web Detective Pro - Razoreye Media Group "Bait and switch" Miami Florida

I was doing a reverse directory search for information on a phone # that had made some harrassing calls. I went to the "Web detective Pro" Website and Searched the number.

Of course they came back and said they had the information that I was searching for, but I would need to register for their trial period to get it.

I registered, paid the fee (okay, I know it was only 2.95), and went furhter onto the site to find the information I was looking for. I was merely forwarded to another site (different company) where I was once again enticed with the same song and dance I got form "Web Detective Pro".

Called and cancelled immediately, asked for reversal of charges due to the above stated situation. Response was that those charges can't be reversed as they are instantly charged. Customer Service provided no service on the rip off, just an apology, and a thnk you for using Web Detective Pro.

A "Thank You" for my donation, to a company that doesn't deliver on the promises made on their website.

It isn't about the money, obviously. Now it is about the integrity of a company that some will spend thousand with, only to find that all they will get is a kiss and a promise when Web Detective Pro doesn't deliver on thier promises.
