Web Detective - Razoreye Media company will not cancel subscription and there site will tell you theres a comformation to any thing OAKville Nationwide

in april 08 i was looking for info on a freind that had died. I ran across web detectives web site i entered my freinds name and town and it said positive match for said name and town. when i clicked on retreive info it said $1 for 5 or 7 day trail i cant remember but as you'll see that doesn't matter. so i payed the fee and gained access to the web site put my freinds name in and no match was found, so i went back to the site as if i was not a trail member
enter in just a bunch of letters and numbers guess what (positive match) i instintly canceled . the company doesn't give a phone # on web site but says if you want to cancel go to razoreye cancel .com or there was another
website to go to cancel i don't remember that one eighter but i canceled to both to make sure it was received. wait it gets better so the first credit card statment says $38 dallor plus a foreign transaction fee so i cancel again to both web sites the next month $38 dallor plus foreign transaction fee this time it a different company name than the web detective and the razoreye and it had a phone # so i called and talked to a coustmer services rep and she tried to tell me i cancelled the web detective not the razoreye "WHAT"
so i said ok what ever just cancel it and she said that it was now canceled
well i just got this months statement $38 dallors plus a foreign transaction fee with a new company name RMGMEMBERSHIP.com Oakville ON . can they get away with doing this to people can they be stopped
