Should never have signed up - big mistake - caused slower growth on our websites than ever before when we managed all SEO in house ourselves - we thought it prudent to outsourse and the sales man who sold the package to us was brilliant; at sales....

Hindsight he either had no idea what went on after he got his commission or he was unethical to effectively over promise while all behind him everyone way under delivered on targets, ethics and professionalism.

We signed up for 2 years..... one would expect some kind of results in that time! 

No as before mentioned by others - the resistence to allow us to choose words that would be searched for was fought with. We even offered to have less words and lower guarantee number to have words that actaully were searched. Any one can get #1 status for words never searched.

Back links - dodgy - sneakily done - our IT went crazy when they saw what had been done. Asked for all back links and pages associated to be taken down. Still afterward would find sneaky links blackedout in our page footers!

The best communication happened when it was time for payment and for a long time they had our email in their system incorrectly and they couldn't get it right ever how many times we told them or emailed them.

For work being only done in Australia they have a team of illiterates working for them - the grammar is terrible and no proof reading done. Paragraphs repeated. Sentences repeated. I can employ people on elance cheaper and better myself.

I had articles written to be put up - never actually used anywhere.

Directory listings a joke - what was done in 2 years could be done in an afternoon and then you would have it done correctly with your business in the correct category and with the correct address!!

They were meant to save us time, they have not only cost us time they have set our websites back hugely. 

I am a calm reasonable and tolerant person / business and I never write reviews but this time the mere thought of this mob makes my blood boil - do not use them. I am sorry I can't tell you who to use but avoid this lot at all costs - which will be an advantage to your business even to do nothing than to use them.
