The worst company I've worked with had me give them 3,000.00 and received run around after run around. They wanted more time after more time...I read other reveiws and they were all bad and they still talked me into it, shame on me! After all said and done, 1 year and 10 months later they sent me an e-mail that said my website is suspended and that they are keeping my website that I brought to them in the first place.Now I have just paid 3,000.00 more to build a new website from scratch.They changed all password and usernames. Please read reports people, their all the same problems.. The final deal was that I asked them to release my website that I had before they even contacted me.The answer was no....

Well let's start off and get the facts straight. When you said about the flash, I told you guys to remove it ASAP. Why would I refuse to remove something if it was causing me to not be ranked. That is just a bunch of crap and excuses! Just like the rest of what you guys have told me. Ever time I called, all you guys said is that it was tougher than you anticipated and you needed more time.We never ranked anywhere near the top of Google. They are correct about in one instance, that we paid them 3,000 dollars. That is a lot of money to get ripped off. There trick is to lead you until the contract expires. Then they say to read your contract and then they say to contact your lawyer, those were there exact words... Don't use them or you will end up with lawyer fees ect. Notice how they did not say anything about my website that they would not give back to me another 4000.00 loss. Don't use them look at the other reviews they are all the same they have all but ran me out of business, not the money its the no traffic for a year and 3 1/2.....Please read and don't let them talk you into it like they did me. Last I will tell you what they said to get me not to believe the reports that are against them. A guy name Steve call and gives you there spill and then asked what about the reports. respond o that guy we tried everything and just could not make him happy he was crazy. The other guy he was mad cause he got let go from are company and he was mad at them. The other person did not do what they said to do by following his logs and making changes to website keep in mind they change all your passwords when they take it over so you cant do anything. People read report and believe what you see thats what they are for......

Above And Beyond To Help This Former Client

This client came on board with us in May of 2010 to drive traffic to his website for his services as a landscaping company.  Before production began it was discovered that the bulk of the site contained Flash animation.  The overuse of Flash inhibits the ability/ efficiency for the search engines to crawl and index a website which would be counter productive in achieving healthy web traffic.  We make it very clear to our clients regarding the dangers of over using Flash in a website and even put that warning into writing in the User Agreement that our clients read and sign. That warning reads exactly as follows: Web Tools and Technology advises against the use of Flash as it inhibits optimization. The use of Flash voids the entire guarantee and refund policy.  This client not only read, agreed to and signed the Agreement, he demanded to use the Flash laden website. 
Oftentimes, the look and feel of the Flash animation can still be employed simply by using a different programming language.  We explained this to the client and again he refused to allow for the substitution.  Not surprisingly, the website did not perform to its full potential and the client finally agreed to let us remove the Flash. We removed the Flash from his site and the website began to rank and produce traffic.  It was at this time that the client developed issues paying for the services that he hired us for.  Each month the site improved steadily and in a short period of time, had him found on page one and getting traffic for his services. To be more exact, Google Analytics shows that we sent over 3100 non-paid visitors to his website from more than 2000 possible ways that someone could search for his services.
Over a period of a year and a half, we continually worked hard to produce results and the client never quit complaining and refused to pay us. The only accuracy in this clients complaint is his refusal to pay us for our services.  We dont know of any company that can stay in business by not being compensated for the services they render so, on the 18th of November, 2011 his optimized website was turned off for non payment. 
We feel that we went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we did right by our client and gave him every opportunity to honor his agreement.  The $3000 that the client did pay was much less than the total amount that he contracted with us and in June of 2011, we received a threatening letter from the client.  That letter read as follows: please forward this to the uppers I need my refund of my money that I paid you guys by next week or I will start leaving reviews on the web,bbb,rip off reports ect and it wont be 1 or 2 .  We suspect that this client declined to use the BBB to register a complaint as he would have to be honest about choosing to void his guarantee.
