web.com LIARS and THIEVES, Internet

I was called in March and asked whether or not I wold like web.com to build my website and advertise for me. I explained to the lying sales representative that I had already built my website using Godaddy.com's services. The representative explained to me all these great things they could still do for my businsess. But I wasn't sold on the idea until he told me that it was a month to month basis and that I would get to evaluate them and the job thney were doing. He said that if I liked what they had done for my business, I would have to call them back in order to keep the services going. I agreed and was charged for the month of March. I called them one time to see exactly what they could do for me in March and was pointed to a google website that did nothing for me.

I was also told I would have to do everything myself since they did not build my website for me. At this point, I decided not to renew with them which should have meant that if I did not call them back I would no longer be charged. Well, according to the sales call anyways. In June I found out they had debited my account. Well, upon further research, I was charged for April and May as well. I called web.com and told them I wanted my money back for April, May, and June since I was lied to in my sales call and I had not been using their services. I even told them to reference the sales call in their investigation. At the end of their investigation, they refunded me for the month of June in the amount of $76.95. The month's of April and May they did not refund to me and are refusing to do so. I was blatently lied to by a representative of this company and feel as though they should pay me the remaining $153.90 that they owe me for the months of April and May since according to the sales call, they should have only charged me for March which I have no problem paying for even though they provided crappy service.
