I tried unsuccessfully to stop the renewel of Webroot services only to discover that they charged my credit card. I've tried to unsuccessfully to e-mail them and all I get is to call them and speak to their service department at ex.#1 only to be on the line for 20min. with no response. Do NOT have an automatic withdrawal from any account with this company.

Contact the bank/financial institution that has your debit account. File a dispute on this charge and move on.
