I don't even know where to start, they are horrible that's a good one...
The sales rep came and sold us on a photo and video package, nothing was said of anymore fees that would be added. We're to blame because we didn't do our homework, time was of the essence and we wanted a both photography and videography. So when they sent the laziest photographer they could find on planet earth, we had to tell him where and how we wanted the pics to be taken. Not only that, he came late to the reception after following the wedding party. I don't know how you came late when you were following the party, figure it out because I can't. 

Oh yeah this photographer when I called they said he was their best photographer and the woman was rude. Not professional at all. Worst company, so when it came time to give us our pics and video we had to go all the way (that's just another scheme to make you spend more money) and they tried to sell us on adding more stuff and we were told to bring baby pics and music tracks so they can edit the video so when we got there, they told us we had to pay for them to edit it and to pay for our negatives that they're going to put on a DVD after we already paid over $3,000. This has been the worst experience, and this company should be shut down because this is no way to do business or to treat clients. There are more then 100 complaints throught the BBB about them, also on ABC channel 7, this couple had to call channel 7 to get their video and other numerous sites that filed complaints. 

By the way I'm still waiting for them to send me my unedited video because I was not going to pay extra and my album. These people are going to give my wife a heart attack. I can't understand why a company like this is still in business. Anyone who's been taken for a ride by this company, we should come together and make sure they don't hurt anyone else. This company is a joke and need to be shut down. Oh and when we went to their office in Fairfield, NJ this Tom or Thomas guy keep trying to upsell us thinking it would work and keep going back and forth baiting us like he's trying to get us a better deal, listen to me people worst company ever...

If you need your wedding pics or videos ruined then they're the company to call...
