The condominium association foreclosed on Unit 108 WITHOUT assignment of the mortgage. As of 06/02/2011, The Shiawassee Condominium Association lien ceased to exist. The mortgage lien via Chase Bank remained in tact. Chase Bank was/is the first lien holder of Unit 108. Sums on the mortage was/is UNPAID. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh. Laugh. Laugh. Chase Bank before, on and after 11/02/2010 was/is 1st lien holder (Unit 108) as it owned the mortgage debt "sums unpaid". Chase Bank, ONLY Chase Bank had right to foreclose on Unit 108. What does this mean? All were/are "INEPT": The Shiawassee Condominium Association (Southfield, Michigan), John P. Carroll Company, Inc. (Farmington Hills, Michigan), management company for the Shiawassee Condominium Association, Attorney Jeffrey Vollmer also Wegner and Associaties, P.C. (St. Clair Shores, Michigan). Laugh.
