wegotbetterdeals Horrible Customer Service Brea, California

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with wegotbetterdeals. I purchased an item on EBay (they also have a website) that was advertised as BRAND NEW and UNOPENED.

The item arrived and much to my surprise it was not only open but it was used. I contacted customer service and after many emails back and forth they agreed to send a return label to cover return shipping.

A little over a week later I contacted them again to follow-up and they now took the position that no return label was going to be sent. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were outright rude.

I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of places to get the same products with actual customer service.
