We haul moving was very aggressive in calling me and trying to get my business, they promised me everything, so against my best judgement I gave them a deposit of $850.00 over the Internet, with a total cost of 2500.00.

They sent me all this paperwork to sign which states mostly that they are not responsible and your stuff is worth 60 cents per pound which makes my whole house worth 5100.00. The longer it went on the mores scared I was and I even tried to cancel but it would take 6 weeks to get my deposit back and I needed that money to move.

They sold our move to a sleezy company in Phoenix Arizona called A and E first choice movers, these people showed up late after calling and comfirming thier arrival time three different times. This set back our move by 36 hours and all the plans that go along with moving a house, family, horses, dogs, cats and furniture. When calling we haul about the late arrival and the problems, they were short, rude and did not care one little bit. It was obvious they got their money and they were off to rip off the next gullible person.

Then to make things a little more confusing a company called Nation Wide relocation was calling us to see if we got picked up, who were they and why are they involved? So I was dealing with three different companies, one who spoke very little English ( A and E) and did not give a d**n about my belongings, one who sold the move and didn't want to deal with any problems now that they had their money ( we haul) and one who was calling us and wanted to know if we got picked up and dropped off and had no idea about what was going on (nation wide).

Supposedly We haul "over estimates" your belongings so that their quote is accurate, we took a dryer, washer, refrigerator, and 50 boxes on our own flat bed trailer and we were over weight and owed them more money, wow that is a big surprise. We were promised the phone numbers of the company picking us up and never got it, we had no idea who was moving us until they showed up at the door and spoke ?. They showed me the certified scale paper work but how are you supposed to know if they didn't have 6- 200 pound people in the back of the truck.

This price included breaking down any furniture, but they took apart as little as possible and made nice big holes in my walls going down the stairs. The things they did take apart they lost most of the hardware and I was picking it up all over the house and on the floor of their truck. The movers then said they were going back to phoenix to go out and party and they will come to Colorado on Sunday. Well that made me feel good about my belongings being safe.

They showed up in Colorado on Sunday at 800 pm and it was snowing. They did not put anything back together nor did they offer to. They refused to take my desk up stairs in because it would not fit. My husband and I had to take the desk up stairs and put it back together. They broke a box of make up, scratched many items, holes in the walls, lost hardware, and they wanted a tip..

They wanted to settle then and there on the damages, they did want me to have time to look and really see what went wrong. They wanted me to sign paper work saying everything was fine and their was no problems. They also would not give me my furniture until I signed all this paper work and paid them up front, then they unloaded.

I asked for damages from A and E for the walls of my house that I just sold and it took 4 weeks to get any money from them after multiple phone calls.

I reported wehaul to the BBB and only then did I get a response from them and wanting to give me a mere 55.00 for my troubles and not to take anything any furter. And I have to sign a paper stating I will not report them to any where else and if I already did that I have to rebuttle it with things are just fine now.

I never did hear back from Nation Wide, who ever they were and why they were involved. I left them messages and emails on my troubles and damaged furniture, lost hardware, stress, damaged walls, but I paid the whole cost and more.

I have never felt so stressed and ripped off as I did working with these three companies.
