To the original poster of this report I also was scammed by Matthew Roberts of WeHelp 247, We Help Foundation - which has an F with the BBB, Auto Help 247- which is posing as a non profit and others. I filed complaints against him and the Federal Trade Commission may be able to investigate him and actually do something about his company practices if you and others file a complaint on the FTC's website or via their tollfree number detailing your rip off experiences with him/his companies. Please consider filing that complaint as soon as possible. Thanks

There are two other complaints against Matt Roberts and Wehelp247 posted above

In his rebuttal all Matt Roberts was plug his scamming business the facts still remain the same he took several thousands of dollars from several individuals.

If anyone knows anything about real estate getting a deficiency release is not unheard of in fact it happens quite often. Also there are flaws in his "program" why would anyone give you 5% for a down payment when FHA is only 3.5%?  There are even programs that give the downpayment and you can still get closing cost paid by the seller.

After reading is "program overview" there are some questionable issues

''you get your program payments back as equity''

The home would have to appraise at a certain price to even have equity in the home and an investor would have to sell it at a lower price for the home to have equity in the home. Why would an investor take a loss on home, pay closing cost and a home warranty?

I am a mortgage broker and this all sounds like a big scam to me. If someone doesn't qualify for a loan they should be able to get their money back.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Response to Mr. Miller's Ranting

AUTHOR: We Help 247 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, August 23, 2012

First, for anybody out there reading this.  Our Company is more than willing to provide testimonies of happy satisfied consumers that completed our program properly.  We've had our program for over three years and have successfully helped dozens of families complete the program and become a home owner.  We even became an auto dealer to help many families keep from getting ripped off by the "buy-here-pay-here" car lots.  Just go to our website www.wehelp247.com and contact us and we will be more than happy to "prove" to you that Mr. Miller is simply ranting because he expects a miracle that nobody can deliver.

As it relates to Mr. Miller, here's the "truth" about his situation (we can provide documentation to prove this).  When he came to us he was in the middle of a divorce (spousal abuse!).  He was losing his house.  We helped him short sale his house.  All along we've been coaching him on what to do and what not to do for his credit, the short and we even got him a deficiency release (which is unheard of).

After the short sale we then took him to lenders to determine what was needed for him to complete our program and ultimately be in a position to purchase again.  They indicated (and we can provide proof thereof) that because he sold his house under a short sale and the previous lender was shorted, that he had to wait two years to be able to purchase again.  This is not our guideline but the lenders and FHA guidelines.  Even though we've told him dozens of times that "His Situation" is the cause of him NOT getting a home... he insists on blaming us.

This is the simple truth of the situation.  We provide our program to those families that take responsibility and ownership of their mistakes and their issues.  Even at this point, Mr. Miller is threatening us and badgering our staff and we still are communicating to him that we will continue to help him.  He throws our kindness back in our face with nonsense, negativity and threats.  We take on cases that no other real estate or mortgage company will touch, he's got major issues and he can't stop for a moment to realize that we're actually helping him.

Other important facts about Mr. Miller:
Mr. Miller forgets 95% of everything that is told to him. OR Mr. Miller only remembers what he wants to remember. Mr. Miller has contracts and documentation that have been provided to him all along - just like every other program participant that explains how the process works and how our program can help him (we can provide this documentation to anybody that wants to review it).

To understand our program you may go to this link and download the program overview: www.wehelp247.com/programoverview.pdf.  After reviewing how our program works yourself, then examine the facts of Mr. Millers case.  He wants a house now and if we can't press that magic button and get him a house now then he reacts like a child with no realistic sense to what he is saying.  Just read his post.  Forget the broken grammar and look at the "tone" of his message.  He's an angry emotionally unstable individual that needs help.

We have an accountability system that works and we don't respond well to bullies like Mr. Miller.  We welcome any person, family or entity that wants to check us out to please come visit us or call us.
