So Wells Fargo is contacting people from this website trying to resolve the problems from all the foreclosures they have processed. But the question is " Are the trying to make good on their issues or STOP a Class Action Suit"? I think they are trying to settle out with as many people so there will NOT be enough people to file a Class Action Suit. So please be careful when or if you are contacted by someone in the WFHM Victims Department. I just want to let people know BE CAREFUL don't let them keep getting away with RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! If any one has been contacted already, please let me know what kind of questions they ask at first. Also how they want to resolve the problem.
