I have a car pay of 437 a month. I usually pay on average on 515 a month. I paid my car payment a wellsfargo branch received a receipt. I’m now being told my account is past due. I have went into two different branches. One closer to my house. We faxed over documents twice to make sure they got it. The gentleman told me he would follow up with me today to see if the dealer services department had received fax. Which he had not followed up with me.

This morning I went into the branch where the payment was made. After spending hours with them on and off the phone. They sent a fax over saying they had put it in the wrong bank account. The lady at this branch told me she was going to follow up with me after 1030am to see if they have received the fax. It’s going on to 3pm with no response. I have called several times to dealer services and I get no where. What do I do I’m already stressed out, super busy and have a 4 month old at home. I can just sit around waiting for answers that should already be answered.

 I got home last night and received a letter from Wells Fargo. They are now saying I owe the past due amount plus another car payment due on 1/30/2018. How can they charge another car payment on top of the payment I don’t owe bc I paid it. They messed up on putting the money into the wrong account number!!!!!!!!
