Wells Fargo Auto Finance harrassment because of their mistake Minneapolis Minnesota

Wells Fargo has been harrassing my husband and I, stating that we have not made a car payment. We most certainly have and have never missed one since we opened a loan account with them.

Wells has had this account messed up from the beginning (6 months ago) Somehow they open two loans up for the same vehicle. The first month that we received our statement we actually recieved two.My husband had to then call and figure out which statement we needed to be paying on.

Since January of 2007 we have been harrassed weekly by wells fargo and they will not talk to me because I'm not on the loan. So my husband called them to get me on the account to clear this mess up and they keep saying I'm not authorized on the account.

Now (Aug 2007) the calls are daily and we get up to 6 a day. My husband is rarely home to take their calls, so they just keep calling and calling. We have talked with the customer service people there and we thought the problems have been fixed.

I'm to the point where I want to change our phone number because of them. The kids wont even answere the phone anymore. Simply because the Wells fargo people are creeps!!!!

They also keep sticking us every month with late fees. You have to babysit your account online otherwise they are tacking on the late fees and they dont get removed unless you call them. You also have to remind them to remove late fee remarks on your credit report!!
All in all, it is a nightmare to deal with these people.
