Wells Fargo auto finance, does as I see many people here say, take money from your bank accounts without authority, then puts you to collection and absolutely harrasses you , without any basis , and with total disregard of the law. Their are laws in every state and Federally, which governs what they cannot do. It is called theft.

I have even the employee's at the home office say " their collectors do what they call manipulate your account. " As I have read,1,000's here and elsewhere, many here have had the same problem , and dealing with these collectors, who will threaten you, call you a 100 times at work, even when you tell them not to. you can't ever reach anyone who can actually help you until now. All of those who have experienced what I have ,

I want to give you the elusive direct numbers of the people in charge and responsible for these Illegal acts along with the place to report them. Their collectors take money without authorization , and then tell you they never got the payments. Your bank can call them, you can send statements that they " never recieve" etc etc, and they put their collectors on you, even though you are current and up to date. They do not identify themselves as required, will call at ANY time. If you inform them you are at work, they will ALL call you another 100 times. they will tell you one thing and 2 seconds later tell you another. The only way to stop them and hold them accountable is to call these 2 guys and tell them to STOP. Why should any company, do this to people who are honoring their obligations. If you pay them anything, then they know you have money, so they all come after you to get and just plain steal it from your account. There are laws against this, and why nobody in authority does anything is a total failure of what our Country is based on. Law and order. These people, must be held accountable, and as these numbers took months to get to, these are the 2 guys who can fix your account ( if they chose to, but they won't. ) but it is a place to start, and the place below is the Government agency that can stop them. These 2 individuals are the 2 that have Direct supervision over those who call and take money out of your account without permission. The only reason I am posting this is that these 2 men are the ones who are directly responsible to those being harrassed. No one who calls you can or will help you. These 2 guys are why they wont. I hope that if any regulator see's the 1,00o's and 1,000's who are victims of their Illegal activities will do something to stop them. Read the stories on here. Everyone is telling the same story. e all can't be wrong can we?

Hold these people accountable for their and their employee's actions Report them . Enough is enough

It is better to write them so you have a record. e-mail is fine. These guys will try to play you, even worse than the collectors. But here they are, anyone dealing with Wells Fargo auto Finance have at them. Keep notes date time, as they do tape the calls, so any need for copies can be attained. they are required to keep them.

I am a former employee of Wells Fargo Auto for about 4 years now. a friend of mines sent me this link asking me if this is true. I know Will and Alex personally and what you're describing about them is completely out of character for these men. I personally don't like Alex much, but his integrity can never be questioned. As far as Will, he is the best mentor/VP I have ever worked for. He doesnt have a dishonest bone in his body. If you did pay and there is an error, it can take time to research. Sometimes payments are posted to the wrong account, numbers are transposed etc. Any collector who manipulates data in any way would be fired on the spot! As a former supervisor there, I can tell you this for a fact. We would monitor calls along with our QA department. There was a zero tolerence for manipulation on any kind..whether that was faking check by phones, notes on the acct etc.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with a few reps, but they do not represent the company. Wells Fargo got where it is by providing service customers love, not by ripping people off. STOP FEELING LIKE A VICTIM!!!!
