Wells Fargo Financial National Bank Mattress Discounter's finance Changed my payment by one cent to charge a late fee Des Moines, Iowa

When I purchased a mattress from Mattress Discounter's they financed me through Wells Fargo Financial National Bank with what they described and shows on my statement a no interest with equal payments (NO INT W/EQUAL PYMT).

I have been paying $58.19 since 2008, I make the payments through my bank and have set it to pay until the end of the loan.  I only have 5 payments to go and sometime late last year they raised my payment to 58.20 and started charging me late fees.  My fault is that I didn't check the statement carefully enough.

I called and spoke with a woman named Susan, who would not answer any questions I had until she finished a long an drug out explaination.  Frustrated I asked for a manager, and after fighting with her about that, she hung up on me.

I called  back and got her again, and after her venting she finally gave me to a person saying he was a manger named Chad.  I couldn't get any further identification from either person, he said "Chad would be enough".

He explained that they could raise my payment at any time and for any reason and it was my job to make sure I watched the statements for any changes.  Which in my opion is not a no interest equal payment loan.

I'm going to just pay this loan off, but does anyone know who I can contact in this companty other than Chad or Susan?
