Wells Fargo Trust Withholding funds for care of elderly beneficiary with cancer Henderson Nevada

 Wells Fargo is trustee for a testamentary trust established to provide for the care of my mother. My mother is 79 years old and has widespread metatastic cancer and only a few months left to live. Wells Fargo Trust refuses to make distributions or direct payments for my mother's most basic needs: food, shelter and clothing, in addition to refusing to pay her bills with the exception of her health insurance. I have spoken to numerous attorneys, all are in disbelief at Wells Fargo's blatant disregard for the law and their fiduciary duty to my mother. I have tried to work with them repeatedly but they refuse to distribute funds to her or even make direct payments for her most basic needs. If I bring suit against them, they will deplete the trust in no time with their outrageous legal fees. What they are doing is illegal and it is elder abuse, abuse of a disabled person & failure to honor their fiduciary duty to act in my mother's best interest.
