Wendy Cockcroft, Help Desk Adminnistrator at Interserve.com ripped me off too. I have been waiting for someone to expose this woman and it finally happened on Ripoff Report. I am so happy that the truth will get out there and we should all tell her employer. It was the same as this report:

Wendy Cockcroft says she will do a top job of setting up a bespoke website and social media for a business at a reduced price, especially if you pay her cash and then when she finally gives you your website it is shite and she won't refund. If you complain she says she will get er bessies on the web to destroy the business - this is blackmail and it is theft
