WePay Inc WePay does charges back legitimate payments without notice Internet

 We signed up with WePay for processing credit card payments for items that we sell on eBay and Craigslist. The first payment we recieved was accepted, and placed in "Pending" status, and the day after we shipped the item, the payment was kicked back because they said our account was not verified (thanks for telling us in advance!), and that we had to verify our email address. We did this, and then  called about getting the payment to be re-sent but they said they couldn't, and that we would have to contact our customer directly. Since we couldn't contact the customer, we were out the $25+ dollars of the purchase. They updated the account and said that we would be fine to process payments now. We took a call in order for magazines over the phone using their virtual terminal, and it accepted the payment, so we shipped the items. Five days later, we got a notice that the payment had been declined because our account information was unverified. After four hours on the phone, we were told that there was nothing they could do, and that we were out the money, but we could feel free to continue using the service.

We are now out over $125 because they accepted payments, and then decided to reject them after the items had shipped. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, but legal action is cost prohibitive because they are incorporated in Delaware which would make this type of action cost prohibitive.
