Wescom Credit Union, After 11 years as their Customer Wescom Violated my Consumer Rights & Sided with a Fradulent Merchant Financial Prep Pasadena California

Wescom employees operate on a personal and unprofessional level and the president Darren Williams sides with them amidst incompetence. Anytime a president gets involved against a customer, is a sure sign of incompetence and no business sense. As a business consultant and accountant, I can reassure you of that.

I've had a few problems with the credit department, but then they put the blame on me, their good customer. The credit card department has been harassing me because I replaced my misplaced Visa, which I found. They make up excuses of being a risk, to cover up their incompetence. Most recently, then as soon as a vendor disputed my refund, Wescom sided with the vendor and charges my account to give to the fraudulent vendor, Financial Prep, FL, when I returned the product. This is one of the ways Wescom has been harassing me. The vendor has lied about everything and the other 2 credit card companies did not side with them and refunded my money, but not Wescom.

In addition, to add insult to injury, they violated my consumer rights further by cancelling my Visa, in retaliation because I complained to them and about them, for trying to allow the vendor to rob me of $100. I have been with Wescom for over 11 years. I was shocked that they would do this. I have perfect credit record, and pay off most of my balance each month on time. Therefore, beware of unprofessional business; thus, you have to investigate even credit unions. Wescom does have a bad record with the BBB. I feel embarrassed that I have stayed so long with such unprofessional business. And now I am out of my Visa. I think they want to forfeit my travel miles, which are about 35,000. I will be reporting them to Securities Commissioner.
