west coast ad efx ad efx, advantage Aaron Crakhower and his brother Dave First off WOW I can't believe they are still scamming people after so many years I worked there as the receptionist in 2003 Horrible irvine California

I worked for this "Company" in 2003 when it was named West Coast AdEFX in Irvine CA. I am really suprised to see they are still doing this to people. I was the receptionist there luckily at least I got paid most of the time...he tried to hire me for "sales/customer service" position I wasnt interested so he went back to the original position I went in for Reception.

I only stayed a few months  the "Owner" Aaron and especially his brother Dave were completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and were unstable. I had seen Dave multiple times screaming and pounding on the wall. They were very condisending and talked down to me and others.

They put extreme pressure on me to go out of my way to talk to the people that called in and came in to try and pump up the "positions". They basically tried to force me to lie to these people. I had to take the calls of all the angry people and give them bogus excuses why they could speak to Aaron or Dave.

They would lie to the people they were "hiring" telling them they were gonna get paid good $$ 9-5 hours and paid training and made them come in early everyday for these rediculous "meetings" I would hear screaming and pounding I guess trying to pump them up. They would came back everyday really late and wouldn't get paid. When they asked for there pay they were denied and treated VERY badly.

They would talk about there supossed "clients" basically saying how they screwed them, oh well, not there problem. This GREAT position was going to a parking lot somewhere and telling people lies to try and sell them these spa packages. The whole company (if you wanna call it that) was a lie.

I decided not to keep working there I was not ok with have to tell all these people lies and being treated like trash, I refused. In the end I asked for my check I was told to come back so they could have it ready but when it was time to pay me they gave a rediculous run around and ultimately tried to say they already paid me my last two weeks...hhmm  Needless to say if you ever hear about any business or a position at this place remember its all a scam.
