Westbury Ventures: Ms. Sharon Williams Totally ripoff company!!!!Believe to be illegal. Wilmington Internet

This report is in regards to a company called Westbury Ventures.I had took out a loan for $300 due to personal finances.Few weeks ago my checkbook was lost in NewYork.......I had advised the company of what had happen.So I had to close my account because someone had already tried to write a check against my old account.Well Ms.Sharon Williams from Westbury Ventures was not understanding my situation at all.Instead she sends me emails harrassing me of what actions she going to take up against me.She also have been calling my house phone leaving threatening messages on my phone.She also stated in one of her emails that I now owe $480.I have tried to set up a payment arrangement with her for the $300.Which I had said to her that I can send her a payment of $100 on July10,and send $200 on 25th of July.She did not want to accept the arrangement.I would like to file harrasment charges against her and only pay what I owe($300).If someone can help me with this situation.......I would greatly appreciate.....Please contact me as soon as possilbe.......Thanks for reading!!!
