If it sounds to good to be true it is.  I was in need of financial assistance like many of us are right now.  I was presented a loan and was told to secure the loan I would need to send, Western Union, multiple months payment up front as a security deposit.  They were offering me a 6% interest rate which made me wonder since I am in a Chapter 13.  Seemed very unrealistic and it was.  I called the Detroit City Hall and BBB to verify this company but did not receive a response.  I also called the company back and said I was planning on coming by the office to bring paperwork but had not intention on doing so.  They politely told me where there offices were I'm sure because who would think someone would travel all the way from Seattle.  When I asked for landmarks near their office they gave me multiple companies but how would I know that for sure since I do not live there.  They've obviously been doing this for awhile.  They have all angles covered.  Just not likely in their eyes.  Now today the website and phone number are no longer valid and I am sure I will never hear from them again.  Just please beware of any internet companies offering services that seem too good to be true.  Do not send copies of you identification or any other personal items.  Many scammers are obviously able to tap into searches on the internet and pull your information when you submit for legitimate services from reputable companies.  I was just a little too suspicious and did not feel completely comfortable sending the funds so I literally walked away from the counter when about to send my funds.  Lucky me.  PLEASE BEWARE!!
